I found my Indian culinary calling 25 years back and there has been no looking back ever since. Having sharpened my creative and innovative skills with stints at some of the great hotels all over India. I began my culinary career at the Indian Institute of Business Management in Patna, Bihar in 1994-1997. Currently, I am overseeing the culinary brigade as Executive Sous Chef in The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel, Delhi.
